1. General

1.1 broddgöltur is based in Switzerland at the domicile of its owner, Estelle Divorne. Any delivery of goods and services by broddgöltur shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions, to the extent where no other agreements have been explicitly made with broddgöltur.

2. Prices

2.1 The Prices of Goods listed on the website broddgoltur.com are in CHF (Swiss Francs). The prices expressed in other currencies do vary according to the exchange rate.

2.2 The Prices of Services (workshops, etc.) are listed in the local currency and clearly expressed as such. Any price estimate expressed in another currency do vary according to the exchange rate.

2.3 All prices include taxes.

3. Shipping

3.1 The shipping of goods is provided by the national postal service of the country where the item is at the moment of the purchase. Providers include Swiss Post (Switzerland), La Poste (France), Postnord (Denmark), Deutsche Post (Germany), etc.

3.2 The item you ordered will be shipped within three business days after ordering.

3.3 The price includes shipping to all countries worldwide, as a non-registered letter with A-priority mail. broddgöltur can not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay of delivery after the item has been consigned to the postal service.

3.4 Other shipping options (such as: registered letter, express shipping) may be available at additional costs. Please contact broddgöltur for a customized offer.

4. Cancellation of Goods

4.1 You may cancel your order within one hour after payment by filling the Contact Form on broddgoltur.com/contact-me/. Your order will be cancelled and you will get a full refund.

4.2 From one hour following your payment, a full refund may be possible depending on the status of your order. Please contact broddgöltur for details.

5. Cancellation of Service

5.2 You may cancel your order (registration to a workshop, etc.) within one hour after payment by filling the Contact Form on broddgoltur.com/contact-me/. Your order will be cancelled and you will get a full refund.

5.3 For cancellation up to 24 hours before the service, you will get a 50% refund.

5.4 For cancellation less than 24 hours before the service, there will be no refund.

5.5 A service from broddgöltur can be transferred to another person, without extra charges. In this case, please inform broddgöltur as soon as possible of the change of person.

6. Defects and Returns

6.1 In the case that the goods you ordered are received defective, please immediately send broddgöltur photos of the item in the condition it was received. If the defect is of the responsibility of broddgöltur, a replacement item, similar to the defective one or of equivalent value, will be shipped free of charge.

6.2 A return of goods for refund will not be accepted.

7. Confidentiality

7.1 Your personal data will be stored by broddgöltur. They will not be transferred to any third party without explicit agreement.
